Nechael joined Allwel in 2023 as RN Supervisor and strives in problem solving, communication, and empathy. As a Nurse Supervisor, Nechael is proficient in leadership, collaboration, organizational skill, and emotional intelligence. Nechael is driven in both the work and home aspect. With aspiring to visit all of the United States National Parks, Nechael enjoys hiking and time with family outside of work.
