Manny Munro
Clinical Supervisor
Prior to joining Allwel, Manny worked with many different populations in various environments, including, but not limited to homelessness, domestic violence, LGBTQ, and HIV/ AIDS, affecting many different cultural backgrounds. Manny also had the opportunity to work for HHC as a psychotherapist in which he encountered individuals who were diagnosed with PTSD, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, and depression among other mental health diagnoses. Moreover, Manny has worked in the supportive housing field in the capacity of Director. Besides working as a Clinical Supervisor, he is an Intake Coordinator for a metropolitan mental health center. Manny is originally from Venezuela and emigrated to the United in 1998 earning his citizenship in 2012.
Manny earned his MSW from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, Yeshiva University. He obtained a BS Degree in Human Services from St. Joseph’s University. Manny received his LMSW in 2013 and is currently working toward his LCSW.
