Tania is a Service Coordinator in the NYC office, beginning with the company in 2016.
Tania has been a Service Coordinator for Allwel since 2016. Prior to Allwel, she worked for another Waiver provider agency. She has also worked in settings with children and child welfare for over 18 years. Tania wanted the experience of working with adults after her considerable experience with children. In her words, Tania “loves to be an advocate for those who have difficulty doing it for themselves”. Tania has also performed other roles like skills trainer, and in that capacity has found that teaching individuals to make changes in their lives and to overcome obstacles, extremely rewarding.
Tania has a Bachelor’s in Communications and has also worked as a realtor, which is a definite asset in helping find housing in the NYC market. Tania has 3 grown children and is a self described ‘family person”. She believes in self-care and being active in the gym, in dance and yoga. She loves to read, crochet, and also loves art and travel!
