Behavioral Health

Well-being and independence in the community.

At Allwel, we work with the Office of Mental Health’s HCBS and CORE programs.

We provide Home and Community Based Behavioral Health Services (HCBS) and Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) Services. These services are focused on individuals with Medicaid who are in the Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) program.

If you or someone you know is part of a Managed Care Network, receive Medicaid, have been identified as HARP eligible, or are unsure if you are eligible, Allwel can share more information and help with enrollment process.

These services are provided in the home or community. A plan is created with the individual to create goals related to their personal recovery journey: educational support, employment supports, counseling, stress management, communication skills, coping skills, and family supports are all possible within the CORE program. Referrals are as easy as filling out our one page form. The CORE program can work in concert with other providers such as PROS, inpatient hospitalization, substance use recovery centers to create a plan to assist the whole person.
