Allwel's Diversity and Inclusion Committee is dedicated to ensuring that Allwel is an inclusive environment for everybody. The committee looks to highlight and find new ways to bring diversity into Allwel's culture. For example, the committee has dedicated several education series, such as its Juneteenth Education series, as well as introducing a policy to encourage the use of pronouns in employees' email signature.
Allwel's D&I committee is are currently working on Pride Month, as well Mental Health Awareness Month in May. Additionally, we are developing a way to recognize the importance/influence of mothers during this year's Mother's Day celebration.
